LEVEL 1 - BEGINNERS
Gentle: a combination of warm-ups, therapeutic and restorative poses, breathing and relaxation. Suitable for seniors,
beginners and people recovering from injuries.
Beginner: a introductory class that provides detailed instruction and basic postures. Suitable for beginners or anyone who
wants to brush up on fundamentals.

LEVEL 2 - EXPERIENCED
Intermediate: A class for people that have mastered the basics. Several variations offered to help students find their own
level of practice. Six months to a year of experience suggested.
Vinyasa Flow: A challenging class for experienced students. Designed to build heat in the body as we flow through all sets of
poses. Several Sun Salutations included.

LEVEL 3 - VERY EXPERIENCED
Intermediate/Advanced: A challenging class that explores more advanced asanas, including inversions and deep back
bends.

ALL LEVELS - OPEN TO ALL
Open Meditation: Donation based class with basic instructor's guidance.
All Levels: This class is open to students brand new to yoga as well as students with more experience.
Yoga For Men: A class dedicated to men and men's health issues. Open to any men, regardless of size, age or experience.
Open to all male students.
Restorative: A class designed to gently open your body while achieving deep relaxation, while supporting your body on
props. Open to all students.
Yin: A powerful but slow-paced yoga class. Static positions are held for several minutes to allow the body to open deeply.
Open to all students who want to increase their flexibility.
Strong, Stretched and Centered: A class geared towards weight loss and body reshaping, without loosing the meditative
aspect of yoga. Open to all students.

CHILDREN YOGA
Story-time Yoga Movement for ages 3-5: This first gentle  experience in yoga includes music, singing and stories with lots
of body movement and exploration. Each class includes at least one story that sets our theme for the day.
 Please note this is
not a parent and child class.


School-age Mixed Levels for ages 6-12: Class appropriate for the beginner as well as the more advanced young yogi.  
Each class begins with a brief mediation, and discussion period
about yoga principles, social skills, self-esteem and more.  
Together with a wide range of yoga poses, games and music are included to keep it fun and friendly. This class ends with a
relaxation period which includes a teacher led visualization.


Chilcren Yoga Class Prices: A Class Pass are $95 for 10 classes. The same Class Pass can be used by any child in the
immediate family. Passes expire 90 days after activation. Classes are ongoing so children can join at any time.
