Our intention at Nataraja School of Yoga is to make yoga
available to everyone, regardless of age, level of fitness,
or size. Our school and all our yoga teachers are certified by the
Yoga Alliance, a voluntary alliance of organizations and teachers
dedicated to uphold the integrity of yoga. We offer all level of
classes, including private instruction, Holistic Yoga Therapy, and
a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training.
